International Conference

Nobel Oil Ltd. participated at the international conference entitled “Oil and Gas Potential of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan: Energy, Economy, Ecology, Strategy of Cooperation” took place on September 9-10, 2008 in the Gulustan Palace in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Over 420 delegates from 27 world countries attended the conference, including the heads of governments, ministers and heads of state organizations of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, heads of international energy and finance organizations, delegations of states from the European – Asian region, representatives of diplomatic corps, heads of outstanding oil and gas companies.
The main topics were: Global trends for the development of the world energy sector; Assessment of the natural oil and gas resources of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan; Issues and prospects for the development of hydrocarbon resources; Regional partnership in the development of oil and gas complexes; International and regional investment projects; Implementation of joint work and research in the field of ecology, science and education.
