Vacant position: 

SAP FI/CO Specialist

SAP FI/CO specialist is responsible for support of business processes in the following areas: finance and accounting (FI) and management accounting (CO). SAP FI/CO will participate in project team activities: testing, end-user trainings and etc.

Main responsibilities:

  • Transfer knowledge and know-how on best fitting business practices in finance, accounting and tax accounting, management accounting, budget control to business process owners, team leaders and project team members of Nobel Oil;
  • Take active part in change management activities related to changes in organizational structure/business processes in finance, accounting and tax accounting, management accounting, budget control areas; 
  • Participate together with relevant business process owners and team members in testing of SAP system(s), including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing;
  • Participate together with relevant team members on data migration activities, work with business process owners to ensure quality of data to be migrated to SAP system(s);
  • Participate together with relevant team members in end-user trainings;
  • Support project team in manuals preparation activities;
  • Support production system together with key-users.  

Essential criteria & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation of SAP system(s), transformation of business processes in the following areas:
    • Finance and accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, asset management, payments, bank accounts and petty cash, financial reporting;
    • Management accounting, including cost center accounting, planning and accounting of costs in projects, profitability analysis;
    • Budget control processes;
    • Processing of payroll in financial accounting, management accounting;
    • Tax accounting;
    • Project Systems
  • Experience in supporting SAP systems in FI/CO area acting as 2nd line of support;
  • University degree;
  • Fluency in English, Russian;

Support of SAP HCM and payroll. SAP HCM will participate in project team activities: testing, end-user trainings and etc.

  • Support of commissioning and start-up of an assigned scope of work, including specific complex deliverables such as development of a detailed commissioning and startup plan and schedule;

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer reports to Maintenance Delivery Manager and provides maintenance engineering support for Gas Compression/Power Generation stations and Top Drive units. The successful candidate will need to work closely with Field Service Engineers and Area Responsible Engineers in order to achieve the continuous running of equipment and machinery. Education/experience & Qualification:
  • High school diploma in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the engineering field, preferably in a similar field;
  • Expert knowledge of the rotating equipment (Gas Turbines, Gas Compressors) and auxiliaries (Gears, Couplings and Guards, Lube Oil System, Gas Fuel System, Liquid Fuel System, Seal Gas System etc.);
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schemes;
  • Good working knowledge of CMMS tools (Maximo, SAP-PM);
  • Understanding of CbM (Vibration Analysis/Monitoring, Oil Analysis, Thermography, Ultrasonic), PM and PdM techniques;
  • Experience in application of Root Cause Analysis Techniques (FMEA, FTA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagrams, etc.);
  • Troubleshooting experience;
